"Dr. Barnett, Julie, Noami and Dr. Capps are doing great thing for veterans at Physician’s Ketamine Institute. The entire office is setup for a pleasant healing experience with well thought out decor, soft blankets, couches, and a comfy chair to get your infusion in. The entire area is covered in a cool ocean scene and Dr. Barnett asks everyone to try to keep their voices down while people are getting their infusions. Dr. Barnett is kind and compassionate and as a veteran herself, she genuinely cares for veterans and the problems we face. Dr. Barnett is thorough, she explains the entire experience in detail and she will do her best to calm any anxiety one might feel during the treatment session. My case was a little more challenging because of a chronic illness I have but Dr. Barnett and her team guided me through each infusion no matter how I showed up. She’s very patient and she keeps in contact with you before during and after treatment. Make sure you bring an eye mask and relaxing music with you. It’ll make or break the experience. Also, it’s completely worth getting a therapist to sit with you during the treatment.
